Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others? At Affirmation Personal Care, we are constantly seeking compassionate caregivers who resonate with our commitment to exceptional care in the Greater Richmond, VA area.
We hire certified and non-certified companions and caregivers. We also employ LPNs and RNs who maintain licensure and want to work one-on-one as caregivers.
We're looking for individuals who see caregiving as more than a job but a fulfilling career dedicated to helping others. Our standards are high, reflecting the expectations of the clients and families we serve.
Eldercare with us involves a holistic approach – nurturing the mind, body, spirit, and environment of those we care for. We prioritize our clients' needs and expect our caregivers to embody excellence and devotion.
Our team includes certified and non-certified companions, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs) who desire a more personal, one-on-one caregiving role.
Our nurse supervisor oversees caregivers who provide personal care for clients. We provide training and mentoring to help you feel confident and give the best possible care.
All caregivers must pass state and federal background checks and random drug testing. We also require all caregivers to have a vehicle, a clean driving record from the MVA, and proof of automobile insurance. All caregivers are hired as employees, bonded, and covered by professional liability insurance.
